In-Home Services
In-Home care providers are trained employees who have passed criminal background checks.
Services are provided based on assessed need and availability of trained staff.

Lighthouse Personal Care
* Must be 60 or older
* Must live in Roane County
* Must require much or total assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming
* Cost for service is based on a sliding scale of recipient's and spouse's income
* Hours of service are based on a Plan of Care that is developed by an RN after a home visit
* Average hours of service are 2 - 2.5 hours/day on days that personal care is needed.
Title 3B Homemaker services
* Must be 60 or older
* Must live in Roane County
* Must require much or total assistance with light housekeeping
* Provides assistance with light housekeeping one day/week for 2 hours
Family Alzheimer's In-Home Respite (F.A.I.R.)
* Must live in Roane County
* Must have diagnosis of Alzheimer's or a related dementia
* Provides a trained person to stay with loved one (care receiver) while the family caregiver does errands or appointments
* Cost for service is based on a sliding scale of the care receiver's income
* Hours of service are based on needs of the family caregiver and the care receiver
